自然保护区实现保护与发展的双赢路径分析——以会泽黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区大桥片区为例

摘　　要：自然保护区不仅可以保护自然生态环境,提升自然资源利用率,还能保护生物多样性,促进地方经济社会发展。会泽黑颈鹤国家级自然保护区大桥片区积极实施湿地保护与恢复项目,该项目具有显著的经济效益、生态效益与社会效益。湿地保护与恢复项目的实施可以为黑颈鹤等候鸟提供适宜的栖息地,对保障黑颈鹤和其他越冬候鸟种群稳定具有较大的作用。湿地保护与恢复项目的交付使用促进了当地旅游产业、文化产业、健康产业的蓬勃发展,实现了珍稀野生动植物保护与当地经济持续稳步发展的双赢。Nature reserves not only protect the natural ecological environment,improve the utilization rate of natural resources,but also protect biodiversity and promote local economic and social development.The Daqiao Area of Huize Black-necked Crane National Nature Reserve actively implements a wetland protection and restoration project,which has significant economic,ecological,and social benefits.The implementation of wetland protection and restoration project can provide suitable habitats for migratory birds such as the black-necked crane,and play a significant role in ensuring the stability of the population of the black-necked crane and other overwintering migratory birds.The delivery and use of wetland protection and restoration project have promoted the vigorous development of the local tourism,cultural,and health industries,achieving a win-win situation between the protection of rare wildlife and the sustained and stable development of the local economy.
