摘　　要：EPR软件应用于企业科研项目预算信息化管理中,能够在包括创建“科研项目预算”工作分解结构体系、维护科研项目的原始预算功能、根据实际情况变化更新项目预算、精确查询科研项目预算内容等方面产生重要作用。但ERP系统的应用容易在科研项目与财务科目的匹配、系统分包成本控制、报表使用等方面出现问题。基于此,文章提出建立完善的财务与科研项目关系对应体系、准确编制“上限科研分包成本控制”流程、开发有助于企业高层领导决策的科研项目预算报表等策略,以供参考。EPR software is applied to the information management of enterprise scientific research project budget,which can include creating a work breakdown structure system of"scientific research project budget",maintaining the original budget function of scientific research projects,updating project budgets according to changes in actual conditions,and accurately querying the content of scientific research project budgets.However,the application of Enterprise Resource Planning is prone to problems in the matching of scientific research projects with the purpose of the finance department,the control of system subcontracting costs,and the use of reports.Based on this,the article proposes strategies such as establishing a complete correspondence system between finance and scientific research projects,accurately compiling the"upper limit scientific research subcontracting cost control"process,and developing scientific research project budget statements that help senior leaders of enterprises to make decisions for reference.
