摘 要:从思政课程到课程思政,思想政治教育的价值引领作用越来越受重视,如何发挥课程思政的引领作用创新并实践人才培养模式是当前健康服务与管理人才培养工作中的重要问题。本研究通过文献资料法查阅教育部相关文件和代表性院校培养方案、招生就业等数据资料,系统梳理我国健康服务与管理专业教育发展现状和制约困境,分析了新时期健康服务与管理人才培养模式创新的理性逻辑,并从确立思想政治教育协同育人有效机制、搭建“政产学研用”多元协作育人平台,以及打造“医管融合”培养特色与优势等层面,探讨了课程思政视域下健康服务与管理人才培养模式创新,以期为我国健康服务、管理专业建设和人才培养提供实证依据。From ideological and political courses to curriculum ideological and political education,the value leading role of ideological and political education is increasingly valued.How to play the leading role of curriculum ideological and political education,innovate and practice talent cultivation models,is an important issue in current health service and management talent cultivation work.This study systematically combs the current situation and constraints of the development of health service and management professional education in China,analyzes the rational logic of the innovation of health service and management personnel training mode in the new era,and establishes the effective mechanism of ideological and political education collaborative education,and builds a“political,industrial,educational,research and application”multiple collaborative education platform,through the method of literature review,consulting the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the data of representative colleges and universities,enrollment and employment,At the level of creating the characteristics and advantages of“ medical management integration”,the innovation of the training mode of health service and management talents in the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics is discussed,with a view to providing empirical evidence for the construction and talent training of health service and management specialty in China.
