摘　　要：图书馆是信息技术驱动下高校智慧服务体系的重要组成部分,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要环节。中外合作办学对高校图书馆空间、资源、服务等功能的需求与普通办学模式有显著差异。瞄准世界图书馆发展前沿,论文从资源供给、科研支持、服务体系分析高校图书馆的现状和角色定位,形成图书馆服务中外合作办学的行动逻辑,提出基于服务内容、治理体系、制度体系建设的运作机制,以此推动高校图书馆服务中外合作办学高质量育人成果的实现。The university library is an important component of the university’s smart service system driven by information technology,and more remarkably,it plays an essential role in the university’s fundamental function of cultivating talents of morality and core values.The requirements of library space,resources,services and other functions for Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools are significantly different from those of ordinary educational modes.Aiming at learning from the cutting edge trend of worldwide library development,this paper analyzes the current trend and repositioning of university libraries under the perspective of resource supply,scientific research support and service system,based on which forms a practical strategy for university libraries to support Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools,and further develops an innovative support system consists of service categories,upgrading management and system construction,so as to promote the realization of high-quality educational achievements of university libraries in serving Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.
