摘  要:随着航天制造企业信息化程度的不断提升,产品研制过程中各环节的贯通和衔接需求越来越迫切。针对产品研制过程中的设计、工艺、制造等协同问题,本文详细分析了国内某航天制造企业的产品设计与生产制造业务现状,提出了一种基于物料清单(Bill of Materials,BOM)管理的设计制造一体化解决思路,并对涉及的关键技术内容进行详细阐述。该方法以BOM为核心贯穿产品研制全生命周期,实现各系统间的数据传递与应用,完成了设计制造由模块化孤立串行向并行一体化转变,并在企业实际研制生产过程中得到成功应用。Along with the continuous improvement of information degree in aerospace manufacturing enterprise,the demand for connectivity and connection of each stage in the process of product development is increasingly urgent.Aiming at the collaborative problems of design,process and manufacturing,this paper provides a detailed analysis of the current situation of the design and manufacturing for an aerospace product,proposes a design and manufacturing integration solution based on BOM,and describes the key technologies involved in detail.This solution runs through the whole life cycle of product development based on BOM,realizes the intersystem data transfer and application and completes the transformation of design and manufacturing from modular isolated serial to parallel integration.This solution has been successfully applied in the actual development and production process of enterprise.
