摘　　要：名人故居在文化旅游发展中具有极大的开发价值和现实意义。郭沫若这位文化巨人在当时的乐山县沙湾镇的郭家老宅,完成了其思想、性情、学习习惯与视野的塑造、积累与奠定。从文旅IP建设角度,沫若故居搭建了时空叙事的文旅IP价值,沫若戏剧小镇承载着文创场域的文旅IP建设,沫若文化IP在乐山市整体文旅规划中占有不可忽视的位置。沫若故居呈现的IP价值在革命历史与个人足迹、传统文化与当代艺术、整体布局与个别规划之间,将郭沫若人生中展现的才华、气节,为国家、文学、艺术等方面所做的贡献,借助文化与旅游融合的窗口,展现于世界。The former residences of celebrities play a critical role in the development of cultural tourism.Guo Moruo,a cultural giant,completed the shaping,accumulation and laying of his thoughts,temperament,learning habits and vision in the old house of the Guo family in Shawan Town,Leshan County at that time.From the perspective of cultural and tourism IP construction,Moruo's former residence has built the cultural and tourism IP value of time-space narration.Moruo Drama Town contributes to the cultural and tourism IP construction of cultural and creative fields,and Moruo cultural IP occupies an important position in Leshan's overall cultural and tourism planning.The IP value presented by Moruo's former residence is between revolutionary history and personal footprints,traditional culture and contemporary art,overall layout and individual planning.It shows Guo Moruo's talent and integrity in his life and his contributions to the country,literature,art and other aspects,through the window of cultural and tourism integration,to the world.
