摘　　要：近年来,高校招采领域发展呈现出新特征和新状态。新时代对高校招采领域廉政风险防控机制研究的重要性是不言而喻的,是高校高质量发展和社会和谐发展的必然要求。高校招采领域的几个关键环节中潜藏的风险点问题较为棘手,其原因也是呈现多样化,唯有将廉政风险教育常态化,筑牢招采廉政风险防控底线;完善防控监督长效机制,织密招采全过程风险防控网;加强招采领域信息化平台建设,落实培养阳光“采购人”根本任务。同时,分阶段以各个问题击破解决,从而营造风清气正的高校招采环境。In recent years,the development of the field of invite tenders and procurement in universities has shown new characteristics and states.The importance of studying the anti-corruption risk prevention and control mechanism is self-evident in the field of university invite tenders and procurement in the new era,and it is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of universities and the harmonious development of society.The hidden risk points in several key links in the field of university invite tenders and procurement are relatively thorny,and the reasons are also diverse.Only by normalizing anti-corruption risk education and building a solid bottom line for anti-corruption risk prevention and control in invite tenders and procurement;Improve the long-term mechanism of prevention and control supervision,and weave a risk prevention and control network throughout the entire process of invite tenders and procurement;Strengthen the construction of information platforms in the field of invite tenders and procurement,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating sunshine"purchasers".At the same time,solve various problems in stages to create a clean and positive environment for university recruitment.
