从肺肾相关探讨滋阴温阳法治疗原发性慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症

摘　　要：原发性慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症以内源性糖皮质激素不足为特征,肾阳虚是其病机关键,肺阴虚贯穿始终。具体而言,肺阴亏耗可导致气化功能障碍,肾精血之生化乏源,肾阳失去物质基础逐渐亏虚;肾阳不足,不能温煦,脏腑功能衰退,久则子病及母,使肺阴随之耗伤。治疗上,在应用糖皮质激素替代疗法的同时,从中医肺肾相关角度出发,应用滋肺阴、温肾阳之法,可收获良效。Chronic primary adrenal insufficiency(CPAI)is characterized by deficiency of endogenous glucocorticoids.Kidney yang deficiency is the key of disease mechanism with lung yin deficiency running through the whole course.Specifically speaking,lung yin deficiency can lead to disorder of qi transformation,and deficient production of kidney essence and blood,resulting in the kidney yang deficiency due to lack of material basis;kidney with yang deficiency fails to warm,leading to the hypofunction of viscera.In chronic disease,child disease affects mother organ,and therefore there is the consumption of lung yin.As to the treatment,glucocorticoid replacement therapy should be applied,and simultaneously from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,lung and kidney being interrelated,nourishing lung yin and warming kidney yang method should be applied so as to get a good effect.
