子午流注针刺结合龟鳖行气法治疗重症肌无力临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究子午流注针刺结合龟鳖行气法治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效。方法:将60例重症肌无力患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组用子午流注针刺结合龟鳖行气法治疗,对照组用基本针刺方法治疗。比较两组的肌肉受累绝对评分和相对评分、中医证候积分以及CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),评估临床疗效。结果:中医证候积分及肌肉受累绝对评分方面,治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),CD8^(+)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05);观察组总有效率93.33%,对照组86.67%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注针刺结合龟鳖行气法可补脾肺之气,促进气血运行,能有效缓解重症肌无力患者临床症状,减轻炎症反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of midnight-noon and ebb-flow acupuncture combined with imitation turtle breathing therapy in the treatment of myasthenia gravis.Methods:Total 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated with midnight-noon and ebb-flow acupuncture combined with imitation turtle breathing therapy,while the patients in control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture.The clinical absolute score,relative score of myasthenia gravis,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:In terms of TCM syndrome score and absolute score,the differences between groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome score and absolute score before and after treatment in each group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in both groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and CD8^(+)was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%and that of the control group was 86.67%.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midnight-noon and ebb-flow acupuncture combined with imitation turtle breathing therapy can supplement the qi of spleen and lung,promote the operation of qi and blood,effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with myasthenia gravis and reduce inflammation.
