摘　　要：雷根平教授认为特发性膜性肾病的病因病机当分虚实,虚证病机在于肾精亏损、脾气虚弱,实证病机在于风、水、湿、热、瘀;以虚为本,以实为标,虚实病机贯穿于本病始终,并每因外邪而诱发加重。针对此病因病机,采用“培、补、固、清、宣、通”六法并行的治疗总则,自拟芪地固肾方治疗此病。附医案一则。Professor LEI Genping holds that the disease cause and mechanism of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)should be divided into deficient and excessive types.The deficient types involve deficient kidney essence and weak spleen qi while the excessive types involve wind,water,dampness,heat and blood stasis.The deficient is the root,while the excessive is the branch.Deficiency and excess run through the whole process of IMN which is often worsen by the attack of exogenous evils.Aiming at the disease cause and mechanism,six methods,“cultivating,tonifying,consolidating,clearing,dispersing and dredging”are applied in combination as the therapeutic principle,and Qidi Gushen Formula(芪地固肾方)has been invented for IMN.There is one proved case attached.
