摘　　要：王朝辉教授以“通郁调络”理论为指导,根据皮-络-经-腑-脏传变理论,在针刺方面,近部取穴与远部取穴相结合,疏通气血,郁、瘀同调;在易罐方面,畅通病变局部气血运行,疏通皮部与皮下络脉,加快有形实邪消散,改善毛发营养环境。如此针罐结合,疏调气血,最终达到标本兼治、内外通调的目的。附验案一则。Guided by the theory of“dredging depression and regulating collaterals”,and according to the development and transformation theory of skin-collateral-meridian-fu organ-zang organ,as to acupuncture,Professor WANG Zhaohui combines proximal acupoints with distal acupoints to regulate qi and blood and to regulate depression and stasis simultaneously,while as to yi cupping,he uses it to smooth the circulation of qi and blood by dredging collaterals in the cutaneous regions or under skin,promote the resolution of the tangible excess evils,and improve the nutritive environment of hair.The combination of acupuncture and cupping can smooth and regulate qi and blood,to finally achieve the purpose of treating both the branch and root,dredging and regulating the internal and external.There is one proved case attached.
