摘　　要：目的将英文版心房颤动(AF)患者自我管理效能量表(CALM)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法采用Brislin翻译模式对原量表进行翻译,经文化调适和预调查,形成中文版CALM。并应用中文版CALM对青岛市某三级甲等综合性医院的310例AF患者进行调查,以检验中文版量表的信效度。结果中文版CALM共17个条目,经因子分析及最大方差正交旋转法共析出4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为82.205%。总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.923,各维度Cronbach′sα系数为0.906~0.960。量表的重测信度为0.921,各维度的重测信度为0.806~0.943。量表的折半信度为0.967,各维度的折半信度为0.811~0.958。量表总的内容效度(S-CVI)为0.914,条目水平的内容效度(I-CVI)为0.818~0.909。结论中文版CALM具有较好的信度和效度,可有效评估我国AF患者的自我管理效能水平。Objective To translate the English version of the confidence in self-management efficacy of atrial fibrillation(AF)scale(CALM)into Chinese,and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version.Methods Brislin translation model was used to translate the original scale,and the Chinese version of the AF patients'self-management efficacy scale was formed after cultural debugging and pre-investigation.Three hundred and ten patients with AF in a tertiary general hospital in Qingdao were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the scale.Results Chinese version of the scale had 17 items,4 common dimensions were extracted by the factor analysis and the maximum variance orthogonal rotation method,and contribution rate of the cumulative variance was 82.205%.Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.923 in the total scale,and 0.906-0.960 in each dimension.The test-retest reliability of the scale was 0.921,and the test reliability of each dimension was 0.806-0.943.The split-half reliability of the scale was 0.967,and the split-half reliability of each dimension was 0.811-0.958.The content validation index of the scale(S-CVI)was 0.914,and content validity index of each dimension(I-CVI)was 0.818-0.909.Conclusions The Chinese version of the confidence in CALM has good reliability and validity,and can be used to effectively assess the confidence level of self-management efficacy in patients with AF in China.
