摘　　要：在未来信息化战场上,敌我双方的斗争将更加突出地表现为高素质信息人才的较量。为打赢未来信息化海战,该文着眼培养作战指挥人才的军队院校,梳理未来海上信息作战人才素质需求,分析舰艇信息指挥专业教育现状,研究军队院校专业学科建设模式,探讨舰艇信息指挥专业人才的培养思路,提出信息指挥学科专业人才培养措施,为军队院校指挥专业改革提供理论基础。In the future information battlefield,the struggle between the enemy and ourselves will be more prominently manifested in the competition of high-quality information talents.In order to win the future information-based naval warfare,this paper focuses on the military colleges and universities that train combat command talents,combs the quality needs of future maritime information warfare talents,analyzes the current situation of ship information command professional education,studies the professional discipline construction mode of military colleges and universities,discusses the training ideas of ship information command professional talents,and puts forward the training measures of information command professional talents,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the reform of command specialty in military colleges and universities.
