摘 要:采用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与辛基三甲氧基硅烷制得氨丙基辛基硅树脂,并将其用于粉体表面处理制得改性硼酸锌。以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物、活性纳米碳酸钙为补强填料、添加阻燃剂、交联剂、增粘剂、催化剂等制得有机硅密封胶。研究了氨丙基辛基硅树脂对硼酸锌表面性能的影响,以及阻燃体系对有机硅密封胶阻燃和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经氨丙基辛基硅树脂改性后的硼酸锌活化度大幅提高,吸油量降低,在有机聚合物体系中的分散性提高。当阻燃体系采用20份氢氧化铝与20份改性硼酸锌的复配物时,有机硅密封胶综合性能良好,垂直燃烧等级为FV-0级,拉伸强度为1.18 MPa,拉断伸长率为478%,挤出性为14.8 g/min,粘接强度为1.52 MPa。Aminopropyl silicate was made from 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and used for powder surface treatment to produce modified zinc borate.The silicone sealant was made withα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as the base polymer,active nano-calcium carbonate as the reinforcing filler,along with the flame retardant,crosslinker,adhesive additive,catalyst,etc.The effects of aminopropyl octyl silicone on the surface properties of zinc borate and the flame retardant system on the flame retardant and mechanical properties of silicone sealant were studied.The results showed that the modified aminopropyl silicate showed an elevated activation grade of zinc borate,lowered oil absorption and better dispersion in the organic polymer system.When the flame retardant system adopted 20 phr of aluminum hydroxide and 20 phr of modified zinc borate,the silicone sealant displayed good comprehensive performance,with vertical combustion grade of FV-0,tensile strength of 1.18 MPa,pull elongation at 478%,extruding rate at 14.8 g/min,and bonding strength at 1.52 MPa.
