摘  要:以含氢硅油和烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚为原料,在氯铂酸催化下合成了聚醚改性硅油。探讨了合成条件对乙烯基转化率的影响,并与市售流平剂作了应用性能对比。结果表明,较佳的制备条件为反应温度100℃、反应时间8 h、投料比(硅氢键与乙烯基物质的量之比)为1∶1.2、催化剂用量50μg/g,此时反应转化率为86.74%。其应用性能与所选市售流平剂接近,加入硅树脂体系后,硅树脂固化后表面平整光滑,20°、60°、85°光泽度为156、148、115,爽滑度为1.125。The polyether modified silicone oil was synthesized by hydrogen containing silicone oil and allyl polyoxyethylene ether as raw materials catalyzed by chloroplatinic acid.The effects of synthesis conditions on vinyl conversion rate were explored,and the application performance was compared with commercially available leveling agents.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:reaction temperature of 100℃,reaction time of 8 hours,feed ratio of 1:1.2,and catalyst ratio of 50μg/g,under which the reaction conversion rate reached 86.74%.Its application performance was similar to that of the selected leveling agent.After adding silicone resin,the surface of the cured silicone resin was flat and smooth,with a gloss of 156,148,and 115 at 20°,60°,and 85°,and a smoothness of 1.125.
