摘 要:采用3种固含量不同的纳米纤维素(NFC)对涂膜进行改性,利用纳米纤维素的结构特点,在水性环氧底漆湿膜中形成通道效应,加速底漆中水的挥发。考察了涂膜中NFC添加量变化对其干燥速度、耐盐雾性、附着力、耐冲击性、表面张力的影响。研究发现,在水性环氧底漆中引入新型的纳米纤维素材料后,可以加快干燥过程中的水分挥发速率,使其快速表干。同时,随着NFC添加量的增加,涂膜的耐盐雾性、附着力、抗冲击等性能逐渐提升,最终发现当固含量为5.7%NFC添加量为0.5%(质量分数)的时候涂膜的各项性能达到最佳。满足水性环氧底漆快速表干的条件,并能适应“湿碰湿”涂装需求,大大降低了涂装间隔时间,复合涂层涂膜外观出色。In this paper,three kinds of nano cellulose(NFC)with different solid content were used to modify the coatings film.The structural characteristics of nano cellulose were used to form channel effect in wet film of waterborne epoxy primer and accelerate evaporation of water from primer.The effects of the amount of NFC added in the coatings film on its drying speed,salt spray resistance,adhesion,impact resistance and surface tension were investigated.It was found that the introduction of a new nano cellulose material into the waterborne epoxy primer could speed up the water evaporation rate during the drying process and make it surface dry quickly.At the same time,with the increase of the NFC dosage,the salt spray resistance,adhesion,impact resistance and other properties of the coatings film were gradually improved.Finally,it was found that when the solid content was 5.7%and the NFC dosage was 0.5%,the performance indicators of the coatings film were the best.It can meet the conditions for quick surface drying of waterborne epoxy primer and meet the requirements of"wet-on-wet"painting,greatly reducing the painting interval,and the composite coatings film has excellent appearance.
