摘　　要：为研究饲粮中添加不同比例中草药复方对贵州隐性白羽鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、内脏器官发育指标、血清生化指标的影响,选取420日龄、体重(1.04±0.15)kg的贵州隐性白羽鸡(蛋鸡)80只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复4只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加5%、10%、20%复方中草药添加剂。试验期31 d。结果表明:(1)饲粮中添加中草药复方对贵州隐性白羽鸡的产蛋率、平均日产蛋重、料蛋比有显著影响(P<0.05)。其中,与对照组相比,5%组、20%组产蛋率分别降低15.71%、28.57%(P<0.05),10%组也低于对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05);5%组、20%组平均日产蛋重较对照组降低12.95%、28.58%(P<0.05),10%组低于对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05);5%组、20%组的料蛋比均显著高于对照组,分别提高15.24%、40.33%(P<0.05)。(2)饲粮中添加中草药复方对贵州隐性白羽鸡喂药前1 d的鸡蛋重量、喂药第20天的蛋黄颜色和蛋壳厚度、喂药第25天的蛋壳强度有影响(P<0.05)。其中,喂药前1 d,5%组和10%组的鸡蛋重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高9.60%、8.09%;喂药第20天,5%组、10%组、20%组的蛋黄颜色较对照组分别降低7.22%、8.00%、7.14%,5%组、10%组、20%组的蛋壳厚度较对照组分别降低7.32%、12.20%、7.32%(P<0.05);喂药第25天,10%组、20%组的蛋壳强度较对照组提高20.63%、31.36%(P<0.05),5%组蛋壳强度较对照组降低5.67%(P>0.05)。(3)饲粮中添加中草药复方对贵州隐性白羽鸡的肠脏指数、生殖器指数有显著影响(P<0.05)。其中,5%组的肠脏指数较对照组提高7.56%,10%组、20%组较对照组降低11.13%、4.89%,差异均不显著(P>0.05);20%组生殖器指数较对照组降低42.38%(P<0.05),5%组和10%组与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。(4)饲粮中添加中草药复方对贵州隐性白羽鸡的肌酸激酶、谷草转氨酶、甘油三酯、尿素氮、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、总胆红素、总蛋白无显�The experiment aimed to study the effects of adding different ratios of Chinese herbal compound to the diet on the egg production performance,protein,internal organ development indexes and serum biochemical indexes of Guizhou recessive white feather chickens.A total of 80 white feather chickens of 420 d and with the bodyweight of(1.04±0.15)kg were selected,and randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates of 4 chickens.The control group was fed the basal diet and the test group was fed 5%,10%and 20%of the herbal compound in the basal diet.The test period was 31 d.The results showed that:(1)Adding Chinese herbal formula to the diet had significant effects on the laying rate,average daily laying weight and feed-egg ratio of Guizhou recessive white-feather chickens(P<0.05).Among them,the egg laying rate of 5%,20%groups was decreased by 28.57%,15.71%compared with control group(P<0.05).The average daily egg weight of 5%,20%groups was decreased by 12.95%,28.58%compared with control group(P<0.05).The feed-egg ratio of 5%and 20%groups was significantly higher than that of control group,respectively increased by 15.24%,40.33%(P<0.05).(2)Adding traditional Chinese medicine compound to the diet had effect on the egg weight of Guizhou recessive white-feather chickens on the day before administration,egg yolk color and eggshell thickness on the 20th day after administration,and eggshell strength on the 25th day after administration(P<0.05).Among them,the egg weights of 5%and 10%groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05)on the day before feeding,which increased by 9.60%,8.09%.On the 20th day,the egg yolk color of 5%,10%and 20%groups was decreased by 7.22%,8.00%and 7.14%compared with control group.On the 25th day,the eggshell strength of 10%and 20%groups was increased by 20.63%and 31.36%compared with control group(P<0.05),and the eggshell strength of 5%group was decreased by 5.67%compared with the control group(P>0.05).(3)Adding traditional Chinese medicine formula to the diet had significant effec
