摘　　要：作为猪的条件性必需氨基酸和家禽必需氨基酸,精氨酸不仅参与机体蛋白质合成,还具有促进动物免疫器官发育,T淋巴细胞增殖分化和免疫调节功能。本文主要介绍了精氨酸的代谢途径、免疫调节机理及在猪和家禽生产中调节免疫功能的应用。As a conditional essential amino acid for pigsand poultry,arginine is used for protein synthesis,promoting the development of immune organs,proliferation and differentiation of T lymphocytes and regulation of immune function.The article mainly introduced the metabolic pathway of arginine,the immune regulation mechanism of arginine and its application in the production of pigs and poultry.
