摘 要:本文对修订的GB/T 13087-2020《饲料中异硫氰酸酯的测定方法》进行解读。本次修订增加了方法检出限和定量限、异硫氰酸酯混合标准溶液的配制和应用,更改了方法的适用范围、白芥子酶的制备和用量、气相色谱条件和测定结果计算公式,删除了银量法。经实验验证,修订后标准的方法检出限为2 mg/kg,定量限为5 mg/kg;在0~2.0 mg/mL内,丙烯基异硫氰酸酯、丁烯基异硫氰酸酯和戊烯基异硫氰酸酯峰面积与内标物峰面积比值均与质量浓度比值呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9999;精密度实验RSD为1.53%~9.96%;方法回收率为83.6%~106.9%、RSD为0.30%~8.67%,修订后的国家标准适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、精料补充料和饲料原料中异硫氰酸酯的测定。In this article,the revision of the national standard GB/T 13087“Determination of isothiocyanates in feeds”from its 1991 to its 2020 version was described.The detection limit,quantitative limit,the preparation and application of isothiocyanates standard solution were increased.The scope of standard application,the preparation and dosage of Sinapis alba L.enzyme and the computational formula of determination results were revised.The argentometry method was deleted.After verification,the detection limits and quantitation limits of isothiocyanates were 2.0 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg respectively.The ratio of the peak area of allyl isothiocyanate,3-buten-1-yl isothiocyanate and 4-pentenyl isothiocyanate to the peak area of internal standard showed a good linear relationship with the mass concentration in the range of 0~2.0 mg/mL,and the correlation coefficent were greater than 0.9999.The relative standard deviations of precision test were 1.53%~9.96%(n=6).The average recoveries were 83.6%~106.9%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.30%~8.67%.The revised national standard could be used for quantitative determination of isothiocyanates in formula feeds,concentrate,concentrate supplement and feedstuffs.
