摘  要:为了测度黄河流域创新生态系统协同水平、识别其提升的障碍因子,构建基于创新价值链和创新层次两个维度的创新生态系统协同演化机制,采用耦合协调度模型对黄河流域创新生态系统的协同水平进行测度,利用泰尔指数模型进行空间差异分析,通过空间引力模型进行空间联系强度分析,采用障碍度模型对制约创新生态系统协同水平提高的因子进行识别。结果表明:黄河流域创新生态系统协同水平普遍较低,虽然在2011—2020年呈现稳步提升的态势,但是2020年尚有4个省份的耦合协调状态属轻度失调;黄河流域创新生态系统协同水平存在空间不平衡的现象,下游地区最高、中游地区次之、上游地区最低;创新消费能力不足是黄河流域创新生态系统协同水平提升的主要障碍因子。对黄河流域上、中、下游地区分别提出了提升创新生态系统协同水平的具体建议。In order to measure the synergy level of the innovative ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin and identify the obstacles to its improvement and build the coevolution mechanism of the innovative ecosystem based on the two dimensions of innovation value chain and innovation level,the paper measured the synergy level of the innovative ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin by using the coupling coordination model,analyzed the spatial difference by using the Thiel index model and the spatial connection strength through the spatial gravitied model,and identified the factors restricting the improvement of the collaboration level of the innovative ecosystem by using the barrier model.The results show that the coordination level of innovative ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin is generally lower,showing a steady improvement trend from 2011 to 2020,but the coupling coordination status of 4 provinces in 2020 is still slightly imbalanced.There is a spatial imbalance in the coordination level of innovative ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin,with the downstream area being the highest,the middle region the second,and the upstream area the lowest.The lack of innovative consumption capacity is the main obstacle to the improvement of the collaborative level of the innovation ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin.Specific suggestions are put forward to improve the synergy level of innovative ecosystems in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin.
