摘 要:为对输水管道内气液两相流时停泵水锤工况进行模拟研究,根据水锤基本理论,通过对系统内气液两相流流态的合理简化,搭建水锤计算模型,选取工程实例,进行最不利工况下的模拟计算。结果表明:突然停泵会在管道中产生严重的断流弥合水锤现象,最大超压约71 m;管道含气5%时比不含气状态的水锤压力水头高出10~40 m,且水锤波周期变长,收敛性更差。针对工程实例进行水锤防护分析,对“快关止回阀+气压罐”“缓闭止回阀+气压罐”“缓闭止回阀+箱式双向调压塔”3种防护措施进行比较,得出采用“缓闭止回阀+箱式双向调压塔”可以有效缓解管网水锤压力、保障管网正常稳定运行的结论。In order to simulate and study the working condition of pump shutdown water hammer when gas⁃liquid two⁃phase flow in the pipeline,according to the basic theory of water hammer,after reasonable assumptions and simplification of the state of gas⁃liquid two⁃phase flow in the pipeline,a calculation model of pump shutdown water hammer was established,and the simulation calculation of pump shutdown water hammer under the most unfavorable working condition was carried out for an engineering example.The results show that sudden pump stop will cause serious flow cut⁃off and water hammer in the pipeline,and the maximum overpressure is about 71 m.When the pipeline contains 5%gas,the water hammer pressure is 10-40 m higher than that without gas,and the water hammer wave period becomes longer and the convergence is worse.Finally,the water hammer protection analysis was carried out for the project example,and the three protective measures of“quick closing check valve+air pressure tank”,“slow closing check valve+air pressure tank”and“slow closing check valve+box type two⁃way pressure regulating tower”were compared.It is concluded that the use of“slow closing check valve+box type two⁃way pressure regulating tower”can effectively alleviate the water hammer pressure of the main pipe and make the pipe network operate normally and stably.
