马来酸氯苯那敏在小鼠急慢性疼痛中的镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：通过小鼠醋酸扭体实验、角叉菜胶诱导的炎症性疼痛模型和紫杉醇诱导的神经病理性疼痛模型等3种小鼠急慢性疼痛模型评估了马来酸氯苯那敏的镇痛效果.结果表明,在上述3种小鼠模型中,马来酸氯苯那敏均能以剂量依赖性方式发挥镇痛作用.因此,马来酸氯苯那敏能有效抑制小鼠急慢性疼痛.The analgesic effects of chlorpheniramine maleate were evaluated in three mouse acute and chronic pain models,including the mouse acetic acid torsion assay,the carrageenan-induced inflammatory pain model and the paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain model.The results showed that chlorpheniramine maleate exerted analgesic effects in a dose-dependent manner in all three mouse models.Thus,chlorpheniramine maleate was effective in suppressing acute and chronic pain in mice.
