张元素对阴阳药性认识的多维度阐释

摘　　要：张元素所著《珍珠囊》对中药的阴阳药性进行了标注,由于原著语焉不详,其阴阳药性划分与传统的药性理论存在诸多分歧。本文以中医药文献和文史资料为基础,运用阐释的方法对《珍珠囊》阴阳药性进行研究。结果表明,张元素对阴阳药性的认识包括气味厚薄奠阴阳药性之基、气味一贯定阴阳药性之“纯”、理一分殊释阴阳药性之“微”、研机综微明阴阳药性之异、实事求是解阴阳药性之秘共五个方面的内容。该书对中药阴阳药性的划分具有多层次、多角度、系统性的特点。张元素对阴阳药性的阐释,可丰富中药药性理论的内涵,有利于临床精准用药。ZHANG Yuansu marked the medicinal properties of Yin and Yang in his book“Pearl Sac”,but the definition and connotation of the medicinal properties of Yin and Yang were not detailed and complete,and the understanding of the medicinal properties of Yin and Yang in academic circles for many years was still inconclusive.This paper uses the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and herbal literature as research materials,and uses the method of interpretation to study the medicinal properties of Yin and Yang in“Pearl Sac”.It is believed that ZHANG Yuansu s understanding of medicinal properties of Yin and Yang includes odor thickness lays the foundation of Yin-Yang property,odor consistently determines the“pure”of Yin-Yang property,universality and particularity elucidates the“micro”of Yin-Yang property,research and analysis integrates the differences of Yin-Yang property,and realistically decodes the secrets of Yin-Yang property.In the book“Pearl Sac”,the division of Yin and Yang properties of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-level,multi-angle and comprehensive.The interpretation of ZHANG Yuansu s medicinal properties of Yin and Yang can enrich the connotation of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine properties,which is conducive to clinical precision medication.
