摘 要:为探究日粮不同精粗比对肉牛生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,试验采用完全随机区组设计,选择24头10月龄左右体重相近的健康西门塔尔杂交牛随机分为3组,预饲期10 d,正试期72 d。结果表明:随日粮精粗比的增加,西门塔尔杂交牛的平均日增重呈现先增加后降低的趋势,但3组间差异不显著(P>0.05),各组日均采食量逐渐降低且差异显著(P<0.05)。试验2组的平均日利润比试验1组和3组分别高8.26%、28.11%,3组比1组降低15.49%。随着精料水平提高,血浆白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、尿素氮、血糖和总蛋白含量均有升高的趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综合各项指标分析,日粮精粗比为6∶4时西门塔尔杂交牛血液生化指标维持正常、可获得较高生长性能和经济效益。In order to explore the effects of dietary concentrate to forage ratio on production performance and blood biochemical indexes of beef cattle,the experiment adopted a completely randomized grouping design,and selected 24 healthy Simmental crossbred cattle about 10 months old with similar weight were randomly divided into 3 groups,the pre-test period was 10 days,and the trial period was 72 days.The results showed as follows:The average daily weight gain of Simmental crossbred cattle showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of dietary concentrate to forage,but the difference among the three groups was not significant(P>0.05);the daily average food intake of each group gradually decreased and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The average daily profit of group 2 was 8.26%and 28.11%higher than that of group 1 and group 3,respectively,while group 3 was 15.49%lower than that of group 1.With the level of increase of concentrate,the contents of plasma albumin,alanine aminotransferase,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,urea nitrogen,blood sugar,and total protein content all had an increasing trend,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Based on the analysis of various indicators,when the dietary concentrate to forage ratio was 6∶4,the blood biochemical indicators of Simmental crossbred cattle remained normal,and higher growth performance and economic benefits could be obtained.
