云南施甸县黄山羊新品系培育现状及对策

摘　　要：黄山羊是我国众多山羊品种中的一种,属典型的肉用型山羊品种,根据有效数据分析黄山羊具有体大,生长快、易肥、屠宰率高、耐热耐湿力强、板皮面积大等特性,属肉皮兼用地方品种,毛色为红褐色和黄褐色。体重:成年公羊为49 kg,母羊为42.5 kg,周岁公羊为35.7 kg,母羊为33 kg。产羔母羊除哺育羔羊外,日可挤乳0.25 kg。屠宰率(羯羊)为53.6%。板皮面积大,质地坚实致密。产羔率为122%。随着黄山羊养殖户数量的逐渐增多、规模的逐渐扩大,黄山羊养殖已成为群众经济增收的重要来源。该文围绕近年施甸县黄山羊新品系培育为重点,从地理条件、资源优势、养殖现状、引种示范、基地确定、培育背景、技术路线、培育现状8个方面综合分析,就存在的问题、探索发展的思路及下一步工作计划,供云南省黄山羊新品系培育示范县参考。Mount Huangshan sheep is one of many goat breeds in China,which is a typical meat goat breed.According to effective data analysis,Mount Huangshan sheep has the characteristics of large body,fast growth,easy fattening,high slaughter rate,strong heat and moisture resistance,large skin area,etc.It belongs to a local variety with both flesh and skin,and its coat color is reddish brown and yellowish brown.Weight:Adult rams weigh 49 kg,ewes weigh 42.5 kg,one year old males weigh 35.7 kg,and ewes weigh 33 kg.In addition to feeding lambs,lambing ewes can milk 0.25 kg per day.The slaughter rate(Capricorn)is 53.6%.The skin area is large and the texture is solid and dense.The lambing rate is 122%.With the increasing number and scale of Mount Huangshan sheep farmers,Mount Huangshan sheep breeding has become an important source of income increase for the masses.This article focuses on the cultivation of new breeds of Mount Huangshan sheep in Shidian County in recent years,and comprehensively analyzes the existing problems from eight aspects,namely,geographical conditions,resource advantages,breeding status,introduction demonstration,base determination,cultivation background,technical route,and cultivation status,to explore the development ideas and the next work plan for the reference of Mount Huangshan sheep new breeds cultivation demonstration county in Yunnan Province.
