摘　　要：泰和乌鸡是江西省泰和县特产,是著名的饮食药用鸡,全身均可入药,骨、肉及内脏均有药用价值,可以配成多种成药和方剂。其具有胆小喜静、生性活泼、群居性强、食性广杂等特点,与其他地方乌鸡相比较,具有显著而独特的外貌特征与生产性能,极易与其他品种区别。该文主要从乌鸡养殖过程中的管理技术与养殖技术进行介绍,详细说明养殖过程中的重点。养殖技术包括建立鸡舍、精选鸡苗、放牧、控制养殖密度、饲养及营养标准、病疫防治以及适时销售5个方面。泰和县根据当地经济特点和自然资源,发展乌鸡特色养殖,不仅改进当地产业模式,还带动县域经济发展。Taihe black chicken is a specialty of Taihe County,Jiangxi Province,a famous dietary medicinal chicken that can be used as medicine throughout the body.Its bones,meat,and internal organs have medicinal value and can be mixed into various proprietary medicines and formulas.It has the characteristics of being timid and fond of tranquility,lively nature,strong sociability,wide variety of food habits.Compared with other local black chickens,it has significant and unique appearance characteristics and production performance,which is easily distinguished from other breeds.This article mainly introduces the management and breeding techniques in the process of raising black chickens,and provides a detailed explanation of the key points in the breeding process.The breeding technology includes five aspects:establishing chicken coops,selecting chicken seedlings,grazing,controlling breeding density,raising and nutritional standards,disease prevention and control,and timely sales.Taihe County,based on the local economic characteristics and natural resources,develops characteristic breeding of black chickens,which not only improves the local industrial model,but also drives the development of the county economy.
