摘　　要：养牛业在养殖产业中一直占据重要地位,在饲养管理过程中,因饲养管理不当、饲料搭配不合理、在含较多豆科类牧草的牧场放牧或雨后放牧等原因较容易引起瘤胃臌气病,该病通常呈现发生突然,病程急,若在饲养管理过程中对该病发现不及时、诊断失误、治疗方法不对、术后护理不当时,非常容易导致病牛死亡,给养殖者造成经济损失,对养牛业的发展造成一定影响。该文旨在阐明牛瘤胃臌气病的发病原因、临床症状基础上,总结诊断方法和治疗措施等,以期在实践生产中若发生牛瘤胃臌气病,能以最快的速度确诊、最简单方便的治疗方式、最低的用药成本完成牛瘤胃臌气病的治疗,为养牛者针对该病的防治提供参考。The cattle industry has always occupied an important position in the breeding industry.In the process of feeding and management,Rumen pneumatosis is more likely to be caused by improper feeding and management,unreasonable feed mix,grazing in pastures containing more leguminous herbage or grazing after rain,etc.The disease usually occurs suddenly and has a rapid course.If the disease is not found in time in the process of feeding management,diagnosis errors,incorrect treatment methods,postoperative care is not appropriate,it is very easy to lead to the death of the sick cattle,resulting in economic losses to breeders,and then have a certain impact on the development of the cattle industry.Therefore,this paper aims to clarify the causes and clinical symptoms of Rumen pneumatosis in cattle,and summarize the diagnostic methods and therapeutic measures,so as to complete the treatment of Rumen pneumatosis in cattle with the fastest diagnosis,the most simple and convenient treatment and the lowest medication cost if Rumen pneumatosis occurs in practical production,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of Rumen pneumatosis in cattle producers.
