摘  要:以南盘江特大桥为背景,采用软件Midas/Civil建立三维有限元模型,分析工作面的起点位置、斜拉扣索的调载等因素对外包混凝土施工过程拱圈力学行为的影响。基于外包混凝土节段对控制截面的应力影响值曲线,快速确定多工作面均衡施工方案的工作面起点,相比每环外包混凝土等分浇注的方案,本文方案管内混凝土最大瞬时应力的降幅达47.33%。斜拉扣索调载时,相比变截面处弦管未尽早外包混凝土的施工方案,本文优化方案管内混凝土最大永存应力值降幅10.21%。结果表明:不同位置的外包混凝土在控制截面会引起相反的影响,合理组合可有效减小结构的瞬时应力;控制截面弦管尽早为外包混凝土所包裹,其所受荷载可被分担,借助斜拉扣索可再次降低弦管永存应力的应力水平。From the analysis of Nanpan River Bridge,the three-dimensional finite element model was established by Midas/Civil to analyze the influence of factors:the starting position of the working faces and the load adjustment of the stay cables on the mechanical behavior of the arch during the construction of the outsourced concrete.Based on the curves of the stress influence value of the outsourced concrete segment on the control section,the starting points of the multi-face balanced construction plan were quickly determined.Compared with the plan of equal casting of the outsourced concrete for each ring,the maximum instantaneous stress of concrete in pipe can be reduced by 47.33%in the optimized scheme.During the load adjustment of the stay cable,the maximum permanent stress value of the concrete in the pipe was reduced by 10.21%in the optimized scheme.The results show that the outsourced concrete at different positions will cause opposite effects on the control section,and a reasonable combination can effectively reduce the instantaneous stress of the structure.When the chord of control section was wrapped by the outsourced concrete as soon as possible,the load on it can be shared,and the stress level of the permanent stress can be reduced again with the help of the stay cable.
