摘  要:针对重构钢渣中C_(2)S矿物早期水化活性不高,在以石灰和铝矾土作为调质组分对钢渣进行物相重构的基础上,选用BaO对重构钢渣的矿物相进一步活化。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线光谱(EDS)等研究Ba^(2+)的引入对重构钢渣矿物组成和形貌的影响,及其水化放热行为和水化活性。结果表明:引入Ba^(2+)促使重构钢渣矿物中C2S相和铁铝酸盐相的衍射峰增强,晶体发育良好、晶粒排列紧密,同时Ba^(2+)对β-C2S具有稳定作用;胶凝性矿物可固溶部分MgO随着BaO掺量的提高固溶能力增强,重构钢渣中游离氧化镁含量降低;当BaO掺量为4%时,重构钢渣的水化活性最好,28 d的活性指数从91.3%提高到106.8%,此时的抗压强度为50.2 MPa。The early low hydration activity of C2S minerals in reconstructed steel slag has been paid attention to.Based on physical phase reconstitution of steel slag by lime and bauxite as tempering components,BaO was selected to activate the mineral phases of reconstructed steel slag.The introducing Ba^(2+)on the mineral composition and morphology of the reconstructed steel slag was investigated with XRD,SEM and EDS.Additionnaly,the exothermic hydration and hydration activity of the reconstructed steel slag were also studied.The results show that the introduction of Ba^(2+)enhances the diffraction of C2S and ferroaluminate phases in the reconstructed steel slag minerals,with well-developed crystals and tightly arranged grains.When Ba^(2+)has a stabilising effect onβ-C2S,the cementitious minerals can solidify part of MgO.The solidification capacity increases with the increase of BaO doping,reducing the free MgO content in the reconstructed steel slag.When the BaO doping is 4%,the hydration activity of the reconstructed steel slag is the best.The 28 d activity index increased from 91.3%to 106.8%,and compressive strength reached 50.2 MPa.
