摘　　要：心血管疾病是严重威胁我国居民健康的主要疾患之一,致死率长期居于我国疾病谱首位。随着人口老龄化的飞速进展,心血管疾病患病率和死亡率仍有上升趋势,然而,目前心力衰竭的治疗效果及预后并不理想,故探究心力衰竭潜在的致病机制并挖掘新的治疗靶点尤为重要。该综述就近年来心力衰竭靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述,为延缓心力衰竭的进程提供新的思路。Cardiovascular disease is one of the major diseases that seriously threaten the health of Chinese residents,and the fatality rate stands first in the disease spectrum in China for a long term.With the rapid development of population aging,the prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases remain on the rise,and the current treatment effect on and prognosis of heart failure are not satisfactory.It is particularly important to explore the potential pathogenic mechanisms of heart failure and identify new therapeutic targets.This article reviews the research advances in targeted therapy for heart failure in recent years,which may provide new ideas for delaying the progress of heart failure.
