摘　　要：“中华”有着文明、公正、恭敬、守礼等内涵,是一种宽容、公平的民族关系处理原则。在长期的民族交流与融合中,“中华”逐渐成为各族人民共同的精神信仰和集体意识。近代以来,在抵御西方列强入侵的过程中,“中华民族”作为中国各民族的统称,成为各族人民普遍接受的概念,在体现各族人民的文化同质性与包容性的同时,也表现出了强大的号召力和凝聚力,在现代国家建构过程中成为各族人民国家认同的坚实基础。中华民族共同体既是政治的结合,也是人们主动的自我选择。现代社会中的个体成员之间是同时拥有自我反思能力与归属感需求的张力结构,新时代中华民族共同体建设,需要从平等个体相互合作的角度理解社会秩序,需要融摄民主并塑造社会成员的个体文化身份,从而使之进一步成为获得人们反思性认同的构成型共同体。“Zhong Hua(China)”has the connotation of civilization,justice,respect and courtesy.It is also a kind of tolerant and fair principle for managing ethnic relations.During the long-term ethnic exchange and integration,“China”has gradually become the common spiritual belief and collective consciousness of all ethnic groups.Since modern times,in the process of resisting the invasion of the Western powers,“Chinese nation”has become a generally accepted concept among all ethnic groups in China as a general term for all ethnic groups,reflecting the cultural homogeneity as well as inclusiveness of all ethnic groups,and at the same time demonstrating a strong appeal and cohesive force.In the process of constructing the modern state,it has become a solid foundation for the national identity of all ethnic groups.The community of Chinese nation is a political community as well as people’s active self-choice.In modern society,individual members have the ability of self-reflection and the need of belonging at the same time.In the process of building the community of the Chinese nation,we need to understand the social order from the perspective of equally individuals’mutual cooperation,integration of democracy in shaping individual cultural identity of social members,and developing a constructive community with people’s reflective identity.
