摘 要:通过自由基聚合的方式将POSS嫁接在环氧丙烯酸树脂链段中,制备出一种POSS杂化的环氧丙烯酸树脂(POSS-co-APA),研究了不同POSS用量对杂化树脂热稳定性能的影响;将POSS-co-APA作为改性剂添加到环氧树脂E51体系中制备复合涂层(PED),探讨了不同POSS-co-APA改性剂添加量对复合涂层性能的影响。结果表明,当POSS质量分数为3%时,POSS-co-APA热稳定性能最优;当改性剂质量分数为5%时,改性环氧涂层硬度最大为6H,断裂伸长率最大为5.2%;当改性剂质量分数为7%时,改性环氧涂层疏水性能最优,疏水角可达110°。POSS was grafted onto the chain segments of epoxy acrylic resin by free radical polymerization to prepare POSS hybrid epoxy acrylic resin(POSS-co-APA).The influence of different amounts of POSS on the thermal stability of the hybrid resins was studied.Then,POSS-co-APA as modifier was added into epoxy the E51 system to prepare the composite coatings.The influence of different amounts of modifier on the performance of the composite coatings was discussed.The results show that when the mass fractions of POSS is 3%,the thermal stability of POSS-co-APA is the best;the maximum hardness of the modified epoxy coating is 6 h and the maximum elongation at break is 5.2%when the mass fraction of modifier is 5%;when the mass fraction of modifier is 7%,the hydrophobic property of the modified epoxy coating is the best and the hydrophobic angle can reach 110°.
