摘  要:红外双色测温法由于具有不干扰温场、响应速度快等优点,被广泛应用在冶金、电力和电子等工业行业。目前红外双色测温系统采用的双通道光学系统中,采用光轴一致原则。基于双通道红外双色测温系统,分析了分色镜对主光路光轴的影响,结果表明:分色镜会使主光路光轴产生偏移,并影响成像效果。使用Zemax软件分别进行仿真验证和搭建光学平台进行实验验证,结果表明:分色镜会使主光路光轴偏移,且在探测器面积较小时,对光学系统产生的影响不可忽略。Infrared two-color temperature measurement method is widely used in metallurgy,electric power,and electronics industries due to its advantages such as noninterference with the temperature field and fast response speed.In dual-channel optical system that the infrared two-color temperature measurement system mostly adopts the principle of the consistent optical axis.Based on the dual-channel infrared two-color temperature measurement system,the influence of the dichroic mirror on the optical axis of the main optical path is analyzed and it is determined that the dichroic mirror will shift the optical axis of the main optical path and affect the imaging effect.Zemax software is used for simulation verification and an optical platform is built for experimental verification.The results show that the dichroic mirror will shift the optical axis of the main optical path,and when the detector area is small,the impact on the optical system cannot be ignored.
