摘 要:通过轮式抛磨系统制得表面粗糙的光纤结合不同的探针类型结构对传感器的灵敏度和线性度均有较大幅度的提升。首先,通过搭建的轮式抛磨系统制备出D型光纤;然后,通过镀膜得到D型光纤探针;最后,通过测量溶液折射率检测探针的传感特性。实验结果表明:制备的D型光纤传感器具有非常强的稳定性和线性度。尤其是抛磨损耗为15 dB传感器的灵敏度和线性相关系数分别高达65.93 dB/RIU和99.63%。通过对折射率的精度进行测量和计算可得其精度高达0.00006。Optical fiber with rough surface prepared by wheel polishing system combines with different probe types and structures can greatly improve sensitivity and linearity of the sensor.Firstly,the D-type optical fiber is prepared by built wheel polishing system,and then the D-type optical fiber probe is obtained by coating.Finally,the sensing characteristics of the probe are detected by measuring the refractive index of the solution.The experiment shows that the D-type optical fiber sensor has very strong stability and linearity.In particular,the sensitivity and linear correlation coefficient of the sensor with polishing loss of 15 dB are as high as 65.93 dB/RIU and 99.63%,respectively.By measuring and calculating the precision of refractive index,the precision can be as high as 0.00006.
