摘  要:电力系统中,高压开关柜、电缆接头等电力设备发生故障时,常伴随温度的异常升高,对温度进行实时监测,可及时发现异常情况,减少事故的发生。本文提出一种基于频变耦合(FDC)带通滤波器的小型化温度传感器。工作于毫米波频段,利用水的介电常数随温度变化的特性,可以有效感知温度变化,实现对环境温度的无线实时监测。仿真结果表明:该传感器对温度变化敏感,验证了其可行性。In power system,when the power equipment,such as high voltage switch cabinet and cable connector,breaks down,it is often accompanied by abnormal temperature rise.Real-time monitoring of the temperature can discover the abnormal situation in time and reduce the occurrence of accidents.A miniaturization temperature sensor based on frequency-dependent coupling(FDC)bandpass filter is proposed.It works at the millimeter(mm)wave frequency band.By using the characteristics of the dielectric constant of water changing with temperature,temperature change can be perceived effectively,and wireless and real-time monitoring of environmental temperature can be realized.The simulation results show that the sensor is sensitive to temperature change,which verifies the feasibility of the method.
