摘 要:马齿苋具有悠久的药用食用历史,能够清热利湿,凉血解毒。马齿苋的药用价值广受关注,在治疗皮肤病、心脑血管疾病、炎症性疾病、抗肿瘤等方面具有很好的疗效。马齿苋中富含生物碱类、萜类、黄酮类、有机酸类、多糖等成分,具有抗氧化性、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、神经保护、降血糖等多重药理活性。但目前马齿苋活性成分与其药理活性之间构效、量效关系及作用机制研究有限。对近年来马齿苋中活性成分和其提取物的药理作用研究进展进行综述,为马齿苋的进一步开发利用提供理论基础。Purslane has a long history of medicinal consumption,which can clear away heat and dampness,cool blood and detoxify.The medicinal value of purslane has been widely concerned.It has a good effect in the treatment of skin diseases,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,inflammatory diseases,anti-tumor and so on.Purslane is rich in alkaloids,terpenoids,flavonoids,organic acids,polysaccharides and other components.It has multiple pharmacological activities,such as antioxidant,antibacterial,antiviral,antitumor,neuroprotective,hypoglycemic and so on.However,the studies on the structure-activity,dose-response relationship and mechanism of action between the active components of purslane and their pharmacological activities are limited.In this paper,the research progress on the active components in purslane and the pharmacological effects of its extracts in recent years were reviewed,which provided a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of purslane.
