摘 要:从菌丝生长、农艺性状、平均产量以及镉含量等指标,挖掘杂交F_(1)代低富镉、高产潜力菌株。结果表明,A13、A14菌丝特征为粗壮、密集、菌索多,生长阶段污染率低;子实体单朵重量分别达25.7、15.9 g/朵,为大粒型、中粒型;菌柄直径为2.2、2.1 cm,占子实体比重54.09%、59.75%;平均产量达8.52、7.84 kg/m^(2),与出发菌株均达显著水平;镉含量为2.1、5.9 mg/kg,与出发菌株均达极显著水平。A13、A142个菌株具有同时满足高产、粗柄、低富镉的特征特性。From mycelial growth,agronomic characters,average yield and Cd content,the hybrid F_(1)generation strains with low Cd rich and high yield potential were excavated.The results showed that the mycelia of A13 and A14 were characterized by thick and dense mycelia,abundant rhizomorph,and low contamination rate in growth stage.The fruit body single weight were 25.7 and 15.9 g,respectively,which were large-grained and medium-grained.The stipe diameter were 2.2 and 2.1 cm,accounting for 54.09%and 59.75%of fruit body.The average yield were 8.52 and 7.84 kg/m^(2),which were significantly higher than those of the original strain.The Cd content were 2.1 and 5.9 mg/kg,which were significantly higher than those of the original strain.A13 and A14 strains had the characteristics of high yield,thick stipe,low Cd content.
