摘 要:筛选优秀岩石园植物,通过测定6种岩石园植物的土壤含水量、细胞质膜透性、叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b、净光合速率,并观测其在受干旱胁迫时的生长状况,综合各影响因子,分析6种岩石园植物的抗旱能力。结果表明:6种岩石园植物的抗旱能力排序为反曲景天>鸢尾>富贵草>婆婆纳>蓍草>鼠尾草。The study on drought resistance can better screen excellent rock garden plants,and be an effective reference way for resource optimization.In this study,the soil water content,net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,chlorophyll A/B value and electrical conductivity of six rock garden plants were measured,and their growth conditions under drought stress were observed.The drought resistance ability of six rock garden plants was analyzed by integrating various influencing factors.The results showed that the drought resistance ability of the six rock garden plants was in the following order:Sedum rupestre>Iris tectorum>Pachysandra terminalis>Veronica spicata>Achillea alpina>Salvia japonica.
