农业科研单位退休专家服务乡村振兴的探索--以山东省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：充分开发利用农业科研单位的退休专家资源,可为乡村振兴提供人才和技术支撑。以山东省农业科学院为例,通过案例分析的方法,分析农业科技专家发挥作用的必要性、可行性以及开展科技创新、科技推广服务的方式方法。提出了各级政府部门单位需要进一步制定鼓励、支持、吸引退休专家下沉农业一线发挥作用的激励政策、建立供需双向交流的信息平台、维护退休专家权益的保障措施等建议。Fully developing and utilizing the retired expert resources of agricultural research institutions can provide talent and technical support for rural revitalization.Taking Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the role of agricultural technology experts,as well as the ways and methods to carry out scientific and technological innovation and promotion services,through case analysis.Suggestions were put forward that government departments at all levels need to further develop incentive policies to encourage,support,and attract retired experts to work on the agricultural front line,establish an information platform for two-way communication between supply and demand,and safeguard the rights and interests of retired experts.
