摘　　要：花样滑冰是一项技能主导类表现难美性的运动,具有很高的观赏性。通过数理统计法和视频分析法对北京冬奥会女子单人花样滑冰前八名运动员与中国参赛运动员的技术进行对比分析,总结优秀运动员的技术特征,找寻中国女子单人花样滑冰运动员培养的努力方向。研究结果表明:现阶段世界优秀女子花样滑冰运动员的基本技术扎实,难度技术规格高、特长技术明显,在比赛过程中滑行流畅、动作编排新颖、完成质量好、并对音乐有着很好的诠释能力;中国运动员与2022年北京冬奥会前八名运动员在旋转与步法方面难度相近,但完成质量有待提高,在跳跃技术的难度、完成度和节目内容效果上有着显著的差异。建议在日常训练中加强运动员身体素质,稳固中国运动员旋转与步法等基础技术,提高跳跃难度技术,同时培养运动员艺术素养,关注运动员心理发展等。Figure skating is a skill-oriented sport that exhibits difficulty and beauty with great enjoyment.Through the methods of mathematical statistics and video analysis,the paper makes a comparative analysis of the techniques of the top eight female single figure skaters in Beijing Winter Olympic Games and those of the Chinese athlete,summarizes the technical characteristics of outstanding athletes,and looks for the direction of efforts to cultivate Chinese female single figure skaters.The research results indicate that at present,the basic skills of the world's outstanding female figure skaters are solid,with high difficulty technical specifications and obvious special skills.They glide smoothly during the competition and have novel movement arrangements,good completion quality and a good ability to interpret music.The Chinese athlete and the top eight athletes of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics have similar difficulty in rotation and footwork,but the quality of completion needs to be improved.There are significant differences in difficulty,completion,and program content effect of jumping techniques.It is recommended to strengthen the physical fitness of athletes in daily training,stabilize the basic skills of Chinese athletes such as rotation and footwork,improve jumping difficulty skills,cultivate athletes'artistic quality,and pay attention to their psychological development.
