摘  要:考虑纤维在自密实混凝土中的分布,提出一种用于模拟钢纤维自密实混凝土(SFRSCC)抗折性能的数值方法 .首先,采用基于流体动力学的方法模拟新拌SFRSCC的浇筑过程,以确定钢纤维的分布;然后,基于钢纤维在SFRSCC试件中的分布,考虑钢纤维取向角度对钢纤维拔出响应的影响,建立由混凝土基体和钢纤维组成的SFRSCC细观有限元模型;最后采用提出的数值方法对SFRSCC梁试件的浇筑过程和抗折试验进行细观模拟.模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好,说明提出的数值方法能够模拟SFRSCC的抗折性能.Considering the fiber distribution in self‑compacting concrete(SCC),a numerical method was proposed to simulate the flexural properties of steel fiber reinforced self‑compacting concrete(SFRSCC).The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)based method was used to simulate the casting process of fresh SFRSCC to determine the distribution of the steel fibers.Based on the fiber distribution in SFRSCC specimens,a meso‑scale finite element model of SFRSCC composed of the concrete matrix and steel fibers was established,in which the influence of fiber orientation angle on fiber pull‑out response was considered.The casting process and flexural tests of SFRSCC beams were simulated by the proposed numerical method.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which proves that the proposed numerical method can be used to simulate the flexural properties of SFRSCC.
