摘  要:为了研究微囊丁酸钠对黄羽肉种鸡产蛋性能和繁殖性能的影响,试验选用6732只42~45周龄的黄羽肉种鸡,按照初始周龄无差异原则随机平均分成2组,每组3个重复,每个重复1122只黄羽肉种鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,微囊丁酸钠组在基础饲粮中添加微囊丁酸钠500 mg/kg。试验分为两个阶段:预饲期4周,试验期9周,共13周。结果表明:①与对照组相比,微囊丁酸钠组黄羽肉种鸡各周平均产蛋率和1~9周平均产蛋率均显著提高(P<0.05),且1~9周平均产蛋率较对照组提高6.63%;②与对照组相比,微囊丁酸钠组种蛋活胚率和孵化率显著提高(P<0.05),活胚出苗数提高2.25只。综上所述,饲粮中添加微囊丁酸钠500 mg/kg能够提高黄羽肉种鸡的产蛋性能和繁殖性能,增加经济效益。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of microencapsulated sodium butyrate on laying performance and reproductive performance of yellow-feather broiler breeders.A total of 6732 yel⁃low-feather broiler breeders aged 42-45 weeks were randomly divided into 2 treatments according to the principle of no difference in the initial age of the week,with 3 replicates for each treatment,and 1122 yellow-feather broiler breeders for each replicate.The control group was fed with the basic diet,and the test group was added with 500 mg/kg of microencapsulated sodium butyrate in the basic diet.The trial was divided into two stages:4 weeks for pre feeding and 9 weeks of trial,totaling 13 weeks.The results showed that:①Compared with the control group,the average laying rate per week and the average laying rate for 1-9 weeks in the microencapsulated sodium butyrate group were significantly in⁃creased(P<0.05),and the average laying rate for 1-9 weeks in the microencapsulated sodium butyrate group was 6.63%higher than that in the control group;②Compared with the control group,the microen⁃capsulated sodium butyrate group significantly increased the rate of live embryos and hatching rate(P<0.05),and the number of seedlings of live embryos increased by 2.25.In conclusion,the addition of 500 mg/kg microencapsulated sodium butyrate in the diet can improve the laying performance and repro⁃ductive performance of yellow-feather broiler breeders,and increase economic benefits.
