摘 要:建立了三维k-ε紊流数学模型,对导流屏布置参数进行研究。通过定量分析导流屏之间水流流速以及流向来确定参数的优化取值范围,为导流屏的应用提供支撑。结果表明,导流屏与水流方向夹角较小时,导流屏之间水流偏转角度较小,当夹角较大时,导流屏间水流流速减小,且在出口位置发生涡旋回流。导流屏之间间距较大时,导流屏之间水流不再发生偏转。导流屏高度越高,表层流场变化越大。不同导流屏宽度计算结果相近,因此导流屏宽度变化未对水流产生明显影响。根据模拟结果提出了导流屏布置参数的优化范围,为航道治理提供参考。Three-dimensional numerical simulation was used to study the arrangement parameters of submerged vanes.By quantitatively analyzing the averaged flow velocity and flow direction between submerged vanes,this paper provides support for the application of submerged vanes.Results show that when the angle between the submerged vanes and the flow direction is small,the deflection angle of the flow between the submerged vanes is small.When the angle becomes larger,the flow velocity between the screens decreases and circulation occurs at the outlet.When the distance between submerged vanes is larger,the water flow between submerged vanes no longer deflects.The higher the height of the submerged vanes,the greater the change in the surface flow field.Changes in the width of the guide screen have no significant effect on the calculation results.According to the simulation results,the optimization of the arrangement parameters of submerged vanes was proposed.The conclusions provide a reference for channel regulation in waterway management.
