摘 要:利用离心模型试验、三维数值模拟方法和拟合公式方法对12寸输油管道的侧向管土相互作用问题开展研究。研究结果表明:不同工况条件下,管道侧向运动的土体抗力曲线均随位移呈现硬化型曲线。随着管重的增加,破土抗力增加。破土抗力方面,水压试验和操作工况比安装工况分别增加44.87%和18.72%;u/D=2.5时的侧向抗力,则分别约增加38.11%和13.05%。针对不同工况,基于前人研究成果进行公式参数的修正,得到了侧向运动条件下的土抗力计算方法,可以较好地反映实际工程的土抗力发挥情况。Three-dimensional numerical simulation method and fitting formula method were used to study the lateral pipe-soil interaction of a 12-inch oil pipeline.The results show that under different working conditions,the soil resistance curve of the lateral pipeline movement presents a hardening curve with displacement.With the increase of pipe weight,the resistance to ground breaking increases.In terms of ground breaking resistance,compared with the installation condition,the test and operation conditions increase by 44.87%and 18.72%,respectively.When u/D equals to 2.5,the lateral resistance has an increment of around 38.11%and 13.05%,respectively.In addition,according to different working conditions,the formula parameters were modified based on previous research results,and the calculation method of soil resistance under lateral movement was obtained,which can better reflect the performance of soil resistance in practical engineering.
