摘  要:深中通道沉管隧道基槽开挖深度大、回淤复杂、清淤任务重,传统的清淤施工方式很难保证质量和工期。文章提出了一种耙吸挖泥船和专用清淤船联合清淤施工技术,充分结合了耙吸挖泥船和专用清淤船的船舶特性,优化了深水基槽清淤施工部署及质量控制措施,提高了清淤效率和清淤质量,明确了标准管节所需清淤工期,为深中通道项目后续沉管安放前基槽清淤施工决策及类似工程提供参考。The foundation trench of the Shenzhen-zhongshan Link′s immersed tunnel presents significant challenges to dredging due to its deep excavation,complicated back siltation,and heavy workload.The quality and completion date may not be guaranteed if using traditional dredging technology.In this paper,a joint dredging method of trailing suction hopper dredger and specialist suction dredger was proposed,which fully combined the ship characteristics of the trailing suction hopper dredger and specialist suction dredger.This technology optimizes construction deployment and quality control measures of deep-water foundation trench dredging,improving dredging efficiency and quality,while clarifying the required dredging construction period for a standard tunnel segment.In the subsequent project of the Shenzhen-zhongshan Link or similar projects,the results can provide a reference for the construction decision-making of the foundation trench dredging before the installation of immersed tunnels.
