摘  要:以浙江省境内磐安抽水蓄能电站为例,针对该库内一处塌滑堆积体直接威胁电站安全的情况,通过工程地质勘察和试验,采用定性和定量分析方法对塌滑堆积体稳定性进行分析,结果表明:水库蓄水后,在暴雨和地震工况下,塌滑堆积体处于不稳定状态;其他工况下,塌滑体处于基本稳定状态,但安全裕度不足。结合工程自身特点,采取削坡卸载的防治措施进行治理,后期仍需建立地质灾害监测预警系统,以便及时进行地质灾害预报和防治。The sliding accumulation body in the reservoir directly threatens the safety of the power station.Based on Panan electric-power station by pumping water and storing power in Zhejiang,through engineering geological investigation and experimental research,the stability of the slump accumulation body is analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results show that the sliding accumulation body is in an unstable state under rainstorm and seismic conditions,but is basically stable in other conditions with insufficient safety margin.Combined with the features of the project,the measures of slope-cutting and unloading are put forward.The geological disaster monitoring and warning system is still needed in the later,so as to predict and control the geological disasters timely.
