摘 要:信息化、智慧化是水利行业建设和发展的有效路径,经过多年的发展,浙江水利信息化建设的优势不断显现,同时,一些短板也值得重视并进行深入分析。通过对2021年浙江省主要水利主管部门的问卷调查和数据分析,对浙江省水利信息化建设的整体情况进行了梳理,认为浙江省水利信息化在制度建设、人员保障、网络基础和业务信息系统建设上成绩明显,物联网、大数据、人工智能、5G、区块链在水利信息化上的应用综合效益不断提高,但在信息系统的安全性和新技术应用方面还有待优化。Informatization and intelligence are the effective ways for the construction and development of water conservancy industry.After years of development,the advantages of water conservancy information construction in Zhejiang continue to emerge,while some weaknesses are also worth exploring and in-depth analysis.By questionnaire survey and data analyzing of the major water conservancy authorities in Zhejiang in 2021,the development status of water conservancy informatization in Zhejiang is roughly outlined.Zhejiang s water conservancy informatization has made remarkable achievements in system and staff development,network foundation and information system construction.The comprehensive benefits of the internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence,5G and blockchain applying in water conservancy informatization are continuously improved.At the same time,there is still room for improvement in information system security and new technology application.
