摘 要:以雅砻江水电站库首大桥工程为例,阐述了减轻岩石开挖的振动对水利水电堤坝,以及邻近隧洞和危崖的不利影响,为合理地降低工程造价,对毗邻水利水电堤坝工程无扰动快速岩石开挖工艺及技术进行研究与实践。结果表明:在毗邻水利水电堤坝工程无扰动快速岩石开挖中,经采用绳线锯割切配合机械预裂及机械破碎技术对施工过程进行优化,并做好各施工要点把控,既能缩短施工工期,也能节约工程成本,降低工程造价,达到确保水利水电构筑物安全及毗邻工程高质快速完成的效果,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。Based on Yalong River Hydropower Station,the technology of non-disturbance rapid rock excavation near power station dams is studied and applied in practice,to address the adverse impact of rock excavation vibration on hydraulic dams as well as the tunnels and cliffs nearby.The construction optimization is carried out by using wire saw cutting combined with mechanical pre-splitting and mechanical crushing technology in the excavation.The practice shows that a good control of the key points of the construction can not only shorten the construction period,but also save the cost of the project,to ensure the safety of water conservancy and hydropower structures and rapid completion of adjacent projects,which can provide reference for similar projects.
