摘　　要：目的:探究心理剧干预对老年帕金森患者病耻感、希望水平的影响。方法:随机将某院2016年1月-2019年12月收治的100例老年帕金森患者分为对照组观察组,每组各50例;对照组接受常规干预,观察组行心理剧干预联合常规干预。比较两组负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、病耻感[慢性病病耻感量表(SSCI)]、希望水平[中文版Herth希望量表(HHI)]及生活质量[中文版帕金森病患者生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)]。结果:干预后,观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于对照组(t=-5.130,-4.402;P<0.001);干预后,观察组SSCI各维度评分均明显低于对照组(t=-7.534,-6.030;P<0.001);干预后,两组HHI、PDQ-39各维度评分均升高(t=5.534,9.417,8.899;P<0.001),且观察组均高于对照组(t=6.303,5.113,5.579,4.052,5.424,4.869,4.670,5.275;P<0.001)。结论:针对老年帕金森患者给予心理剧干预,可改善患者负性情绪,减轻病耻感,提高患者希望水平,这对提升患者生活质量有积极意义。Objective:To explore the influence of psychodrama intervention on stigma and hope level of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received psychodrama intervention.Negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],stigma[stigma scale for chronic illness(SSCI)],hope level[Herth hope index(HHI)]and quality of life(the 39-item Parkinson's disease questionnaire(PDQ-39)]were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-5.130,-4.402;P<0.001).After intervention,scores of different dimensions of SSCI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-7.534,-6.030;P<0.001).Before intervention,scores of different dimensions of HHI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=5.534,9.417,8.899;P<0.001).Before intervention,scores of different dimensions of pdQ-39 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=6.303,5.113,5.579,4.052,5.424,4.869,4.670,5.275;P<0.001).Conclusion:Elderly patients with Parkinson's disease are subjected to psychodrama intervention,so that their negative emotions can be improved,stigma can be reduced,and their hope level can be raised,which is of positive significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
