摘 要:目的:探讨累积生态风险对大学生体育生活方式的影响,分析锻炼氛围和自我控制的中介效应,旨在为促进高校体育与社区体育接轨,助力大学生形成健康的体育生活方式提供参考。方法:运用相关分析法、多元回归分析法和Bootstrap检验法,对江西省共青科教城903名学生的调查数据进行分析。结果:累积生态风险、锻炼氛围、自我控制和大学生体育生活方式4个变量之间的相关系数显著(P<0.01);多元回归分析结果显示,累积生态风险能显著负向预测大学生的锻炼氛围(β=-0.332,P<0.01);也能显著负向预测大学生的自我控制能力(β=0.517,P<0.01);还能显著负向预测大学生的体育生活方式(β=-0.251,P<0.01);锻炼氛围和自我控制均能显著正向预测大学生的体育生活方式(β=0.090,0.204;P<0.05)。Bootstrap检验法结果显示,累积生态风险能显著负向预测大学生体育生活方式,直接效应为-0.251,直接效应占比为61.5%;累积生态风险还可以通过改善锻炼氛围和自我控制水平间接影响大学生体育生活方式,总间接效应为-0.157,间接效应占比为38.5%。结论:累积生态风险可以通过改善锻炼氛围和自我控制水平来影响大学生体育生活方式。Objective:To explore the impact of accumulated ecological risks on college students'sports lifestyle,and to analyze the mediating effect of exercise atmosphere and self-control,in order to provide a reference for promoting the integration of college sports and community sports and helping college students form a healthy sports lifestyle.Methods:Using correlation analysis method,multiple regression analysis method and Bootstrap test method,the survey data of 903 students in Jiangxi Gongqing Science and Education City were analyzed.Results:The correlation coefficient between the four variables of cumulative ecological risk,exercise atmosphere,self-control and college students'sports lifestyle was significant(P<0.01);The results of multiple regression analysis showed that cumulative ecological risk could significantly and negatively predict college students'health exercise atmosphere(β=-0.332,P<0.01);It could also significantly and negatively predict the self-control ability of college students(β=0.517,P<0.01);It could also significantly negatively predict the sports lifestyle of college students(β=-0.251,P<0.01);Both exercise atmosphere and self-control could significantly and positively predict the sports lifestyle of college students(β=0.090,0.204;P<0.05).The results of the Bootstrap test showed that the cumulative ecological risk could significantly negatively predict the sports lifestyle of college students,the direct effect was-0.251,and the direct effect accounted for 61.5%;The cumulative ecological risk could also indirectly affect college sports by improving the exercise atmosphere and self-control level.Lifestyle,the total indirect effect was-0.157,and the indirect effect accounted for 38.5%.Conclusion:The cumulative ecological risk can affect the sports lifestyle of college students by improving the exercise atmosphere and self-control level.
